6 Ways To Clear Your Constipation And Unclog Your Colon

Constipation is an issue where your body isn't  digesting and eliminating waste fast enough.

Symptoms - This can cause you to have dry Lumpy Stool Dry hard lumps in your stool  which are difficult to pass. < 3 Poops Per Week - having less than 3 bowel movements  per week may indicate constipation

Feeling Fullness - And there may also be a

feeling of fullness like you can’t fully empty  your bowels after trying to use the toilet.

It's important to get your bowels  moving if you are constipated,  as the food waste that’s inside  your colon can start to build-up,

Causing inflammation in  the intestines, infections,  diverticulitis, haemorrhoids  (swollen veins in rectum), and it can also damage your  pelvic floor muscles from

straining too hard when your using the toilet.

In this video we will be exploring the  top 6 ways to clear out the waste from  your colon and eliminate constipation by  fixing the root causes of the problem.

Just a quick reminder this article  is for educational purposes only,  so do speak to your doctor if  you have any medical concerns.

1. Use Bile Acids

Bile is very important liquid made  by your liver and gallbladder,  which helps to lubricate your colon, help you  digest fats and absorb nutrients from your food.

Many people are deficient  in bile because they have  a sluggish gallbladder or a fatty  liver because they are overweight.

This causes your bile to thicken,  leading to a build-up of dry faeces  in your colon that's not lubricated  properly, making it difficult to pass.

To overcome this you can take a  supplement containing conjugated  bile acids, in the morning on an empty  stomach, and again when you eat a meal.

Bile supplements have different names such  as ox bile extract, bile acid factors,  purified bile salts. You can also  find this in digestive enzyme blends.

Taking bile in the morning before  you eat anything helps to mobilise  the faeces and stool in your colon,  by lubricating the entire system.

2. Water & Sea Salt

Many people are dehydrated because they  simply do not drink enough water or eat

enough electrolytes, which can dry  out the colon, causing constipation.

Drink 1 pint of water with 1/4 teaspoon  of sea salt in the morning to quickly

refresh the digestive system  and bring up your fluid levels.

The sea salt is important to help stimulate  digestive juices in your stomach (HCL).

Please note that drinking too much coffee,

tea or caffeine can actually dehydrate  you and trigger constipation.

If you're finding this information  helpful please hit the like button,  subscribe and turn all notifications to stay  updated with my latest health and nutrition tips.

3. Prebiotic Fiber (Soluble)

If you have constipation quite often,

you may have an imbalance in the  bacteria that lives inside your gut.

There are actually over 100 trillion  friendly bacteria (probiotics) living in  your intestines that help to digest your food,  break it down and eliminate it from the body.

However, if you eat lots of refined grains  and sugars like bread, cakes, sweets,  biscuits, cereals these can actually weaken the  balance and make your microbes less diverse.

To build these back up, starting eating  foods rich in soluble fiber, like chia seeds,  avocados, guacamole, hummus, brussels sprouts,  cabbage, pecan nuts, sauerkraut, other  fermented vegetables and salad leaves.

Your friendly microbes eat soluble fiber  (fermentation), which makes them stronger

and helps to support your digestion  and move waste through your colon.

4. Apple Cider Vinegar

If you often suffer from acid reflux,  GERD, indigestion, regurgitation or  heartburn along with your constipation this  is usually a sign of stomach acid problems.

Most commonly, the important stomach  acids (HCL) become too alkaline,  which makes them weaker and less able to digest  and break down your food at the stomach level.

Unfortunately antacids are often prescribed,  which actually makes the stomach even weaker

because you are neutralising  these important digestive juices.

If you wish to improve this you can take  2-3 capsules of apple cider vinegar with a tall glass of water before each meal, or  you can use 1tbsp of liquid acv in water.

This helps to bring down the pH of  your stomach acid back to normal (1-3),

and will stimulate the release of  enzymes from your pancreas that  help to digest your food and pass  waste to clear your constipation.

5. Senna Tea

For a maximum of 7 days, you  can drink senna tea up to 3x  per day to stimulate the muscles in your gut.

This herbal remedy contains phytonutrients  that speed up peristalsis, the pumping action  of the muscles that push waste  through your large intestine.

This is very effective for short term  constipation relief, however you may  consider using the other remedies discussed  today for long term constipation > 1-2weeks.

6. B-Vitamins

Many people who have constipation suffer  from a Vitamin B deficiency, especially B1.

When you eat sugar, and other refined foods  like flour, bread, popcorn, cereal, pastries,  biscuits, sweets and soda drinks you deplete  your body of Vitamin B1, and B-complex.

This causes problems with the nerve signalling  from the brain stem to the muscles in your gut,  and slows down the pumping action (peristalsis).

This can also happen when you are stressed  out and your cortisol levels are high,  because your body activates fight/flight  and turns off parts of your digestion.

Taking B1 and other B-vitamins however help  to relax the nervous system (sympathetic) and  turn on the rest/digest system  (parasympathetic), which promotes  the normal digestion and flow of  waste through your intestines.

The best natural form of Vitamin  B1 is called allithiamine, but you  can also get this by eating unfortified  nutritional yeast and garlic regularly.

So try out a mixture of these remedies  and see which works best for you.

You can learn more about the underlying causes  of constipation in my other videos if you wish.

Stretches Now let's explore a few stretches that  you can also do to help stimulate  a bowel movement very quickly.

7. Half Spinal Twist.

Start by sitting down the floor on a matt,  carpet or towel so you are comfortable.

Bend the left leg and place your left  foot on the ground over your right knee.

Now bend your right knee and tuck  your right foot near your butt.

Place your right elbow near your  left knee and gently twist your body,  looking over your left shoulder.

Breathe deeply, hold for a  moment and then switch sides.

This twisting action helps to increase  blood flow and gently stretch the  abdominal muscles to encourage stools  to move through your digestive system.

8. Wind Relieving Pose

Lie on your back and gently pull  your knees towards your chest.

Place your hands around your shins.

Tucking your chin in whilst pressing  your lower back onto the floor.

Hold this pose and breathe deeply for 10  seconds, release and then repeat 5 times.

This particular pose can help relieve pain and  pressure caused by a build-up of waste and gas.

1. Supine Spinal Twist

Lie flat on your back. Bring your arms out to the side in a  T-position with palms down against the ground. Bend one leg at the knee, And whilst keeping your shoulders flat, gently  let the bent leg drop over the other leg.

Hold this pose and breathe deeply for 10 seconds,  release and repeat on the opposite side 10x each.

Again this pose will help to  bring blood and oxygen to the  muscles in your digestive tract,  in order to speed up the movement.

Often people need to use the toilet  after performing these simple exercises.

Thank you so much for reading my article today,  and as always I wish you great  health, wealth and happiness.

Drug and Drug Abuse

Drugs
are substances that can affect the way our body functions, including our mood, behavior, and cognition. While some drugs are legal and used for medicinal purposes, others are illegal and can be harmful if misused or abused.

Drug abuse refers to the harmful or excessive use of drugs, which can lead to a range of negative consequences, including physical and mental health problems, social and interpersonal problems, and legal and financial issues. Drug abuse can occur with both legal and illegal drugs, and can lead to addiction or dependence, which can be difficult to overcome.

Drug abuse can have a significant impact on an individual's life, as well as the lives of their loved ones. It is important to seek help and support if you or someone you know is struggling with drug abuse. Treatment options may include counseling, medication, and behavioral therapy. Additionally, prevention efforts, such as education and awareness campaigns, can help to reduce the incidence of drug abuse and addiction.

Drug abuse can take many forms and can involve a variety of substances, including:

Prescription drugs: Prescription drugs, such as opioids, stimulants, and sedatives, can be abused by taking them in higher doses or in ways other than prescribed.

Illegal drugs: Illegal drugs, such as cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine, are highly addictive and can cause serious health problems, including overdose.

Alcohol: Alcohol is a legal drug that can be abused, leading to alcoholism, liver disease, and other health problems.

Nicotine: Nicotine is found in tobacco products and is highly addictive, leading to nicotine addiction and a range of health problems, including lung cancer and heart disease.

Inhalants: Inhalants, such as glue, gasoline, and aerosol sprays, can be abused by inhaling the fumes, leading to serious health problems.

Drug abuse is a complex issue that can have many underlying causes, including genetics, environment, and psychological factors. It is important to seek professional help if you or someone you know is struggling with drug abuse, as early intervention can help prevent further harm and increase the chances of successful recovery. There are many resources available, including addiction treatment centers, support groups, and hotlines, that can provide information and support for those struggling with drug abuse.

Drug abuse can have serious consequences on a person's physical, mental, and emotional health, as well as their relationships, work, and overall quality of life. Some of the short-term effects of drug abuse may include:

Changes in mood, behavior, and cognition

Nausea and vomiting

Increased heart rate and blood pressure

Difficulty sleeping or staying awake

Impaired judgment and decision-making

Hallucinations and delusions

Paranoia and anxiety

Seizures and convulsions

Coma or death in severe cases

Long-term drug abuse can have even more serious consequences, including:

Chronic health problems, such as heart disease, liver disease, and lung disease

Increased risk of infectious diseases, such as HIV/AIDS and hepatitis

Cognitive impairment and memory loss

Mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety, and psychosis

Damage to relationships, work, and financial stability

Legal problems, including arrest and imprisonment

Overdose and death

Prevention efforts can play an important role in reducing drug abuse and addiction. This includes education and awareness campaigns, as well as policies and regulations that limit access to harmful substances. Treatment and support services are also essential for those struggling with drug abuse and addiction, as they can help individuals overcome their addiction and regain their health and well-being.

There are various treatment options available for drug abuse and addiction. The choice of treatment depends on the type of drug abused, the severity of addiction, and the individual's unique needs and circumstances. Some of the most common treatment options include:

Detoxification: Detoxification is the process of removing the drug from the body and managing withdrawal symptoms. This process should always be done under medical supervision to ensure safety.

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT): MAT involves the use of medications to help manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms, along with counseling and behavioral therapy.

Counseling and behavioral therapy: These treatments focus on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to drug abuse.

Residential treatment: Residential treatment involves living at a treatment center while receiving intensive therapy and support.

Support groups: Support groups, such as Narcotics Anonymous, offer a supportive community for individuals in recovery.

It is important to remember that recovery from drug abuse and addiction is a lifelong process, and it may involve multiple rounds of treatment and ongoing support. Family and friends can also play an important role in supporting individuals in recovery by offering encouragement, understanding, and practical help.

In addition to individual and community-based efforts to prevent and treat drug abuse and addiction, there are also national and international initiatives aimed at addressing this issue. For example, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) works to promote international cooperation and coordination to reduce drug abuse and related criminal activities. The World Health Organization (WHO) provides guidelines and recommendations for the prevention and treatment of drug abuse and addiction.

In the United States, the federal government has also taken steps to address drug abuse and addiction through various initiatives and policies. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) provides funding and resources to support prevention and treatment efforts, and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) works to enforce drug laws and regulations.

It is important for individuals, families, communities, and governments to work together to address drug abuse and addiction. By raising awareness, providing education and support, and implementing effective prevention and treatment strategies, we can reduce the incidence of drug abuse and addiction and improve the health and well-being of individuals and communities around the world.

In conclusion, drug abuse is a serious problem that can have devastating consequences on an individual's health, relationships, and overall well-being. However, with the right treatment and support, it is possible to overcome addiction and achieve lasting recovery. Prevention efforts, education, and awareness campaigns can also play an important role in reducing drug abuse and addiction in our communities.

The Healthiest Foods With No Carbs and Sugar

Hello guys welcome back to another intresting topic today. Kindly read this article to an end in order for  you to familiarize with it so lets begin. A list of healthy foods with no carbs and no sugar in your diet is very important thing to consider.

If you want to lose weight and get healthy, it's important to lower the amount of carbohydrates that you eat.

Junk foods are high in processed carbohydrates and refined sugars.

These have been proven to cause inflammation throughout the body.

Such as in your liver, which then produces more body fat. (Eating too many of these)

Over time this leads to a great range of illnesses, such as diabetes, weight gain, obesity, nerve damage, heart attacks, strokes and many more problems.

Today I will share with you a list of the top 12 healthy foods which contain very low carbs and sugars (less than 3g). Eating these to replace junk foods will bring in lots of nutrients to your body and allow to heal naturally. Just my usual reminder, this article  is for educational purposes only, so do speak to your doctor if you have any medical problems.

1. Eggs (0.6g Carbs, Per Egg).

Pasture raised eggs contain all the building blocks of life and contain only trace amounts of carbs within them.

Eggs are a great of source choline and lecithin which can break down fat inside your liver and help to you lose weight.

They are also rich in protein, amino acids, vitamins and minerals which help the body's cells to heal and grow.

Eat 2-4 eggs on a daily basis to boost your nutrition.

These will keep you full, feeling focused and massively reduce cravings for snacks and junk food.

2. Kale (0g Digestible Carbs).

Organic kale is one of the most nutrient dense superfoods on the planet.

This leafy green vegetable contains 2x Vitamin C than oranges, more calcium than milk, and more potassium than bananas.

Start eating this lightly steamed as a side dish or blended into smoothies daily to see some major health improvements in your body. It contains no starches or sugars, only healthy forms of fiber.

3. Red Meats (0g Carbs).

Choose high quality, grass fed animal meats such as beef, lamb and organ meats.

These are essential blood building sources of protein that are rich in bioavailable iron and vitamin B12. (they contain no carbohydrates)

They are needed for the development of strong healthy muscles and to provide energy to the body.

4.Cheese (0.4g Carbs, Per 1oz).

Cheese is one of the healthiest sources of fat soluble nutrients such as Vitamins A, E, D and K2.

Eating this helps calcium to be absorbed into your bones, teeth and nails.

It also contains healthy fatty acids and proteins which can improve brain health and concentration levels.

Make sure that your cheese is high quality, from grass fed cows/goats.

I recommend cheddar, camembert, halloumi, brie, goats cheese and mozzarella.

5. Pecan Nuts (1g Net Carbs, per 1oz).

Pecans contain a very low amount of net carbs, but contain high amounts of soluble fiber which helps to control your blood sugars.

Pecans are rich in zinc, copper, Vitamin b1, and monounsaturated fat which will keep you feeling satisfied and less likely to crave junk foods when losing weight.

Eat a small handful of these after a meal, or chop them up and mix with sugar free dark chocolate 70%.

6. Cauliflower & Cruciferous (0g Digestible Carbs).

When improving your health or losing weight it's 100% essential that you load up on leafy greens in the cruciferous family like cauliflower, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, bok choy, arugula, and collard greens.

These are densely packed full of phytochemicals that help your liver to remove toxins from your body.

You need to eat these to meet your potassium and magnesium needs, two essential minerals that help lower insulin resistance so that you can burn fat at a rapid rate.

7. Wild Salmon (0-0.1g Carbs, Per 3oz).

When following a low carb diet, oily fish are some of the best natural sources of protein and omega-3 fatty acids that you can eat.

Omega 3-s from wild salmon, sardines, mackerel and anchovies lower inflammation throughout your body and reverse oxidative damage caused by eating sugary food sin the past.

Make sure to avoid the farmed fish however as these contain toxic antibiotics, synthetic food colouring agents and are fed a very poor diet, making them low in nutrients.

8. Butter (0.1g Carbs Per 100g).

Pure butter than has not been blended with vegetable oil is one of the healthiest sources of retinol to protect and rejuvenate your eyes, skin and hair.

It has a bad reputation, however the cholesterol in butter is essential for your body to build hormones like insulin, estrogen, testosterone or cortisol, which are all needed in balance to help you lose weight.

Start cooking your foods in REAL butter instead of inflammatory oils to help strengthen you bones with calcium, to minimise your cravings, and also help your gallbladder release bile which will help to break down fat.

9. Sauerkraut (0.1g Net Carbs, Per 1oz).

Sauerkraut is a form of fermented cabbage and is one of the richest sources of Vitamin c and probiotics in the world.

You can eat this 2-3 times per week to boost the amount of friendly bacteria in your body, helping to support gut health and lower your blood sugars for weight loss.

It's very easy to digest for those with digestive problems like acid reflux, ibs, crohn's, diverticulitis. The prebiotic fiber will feed the cells in your colon to heal any damage.

10. Avocados (0-4g) & Olive Oil (0g) .

Avocados and extra virgin olive oil.

When cutting out carbs and sugar, you'll definitely want to add more healthy fats into your diet, to help control your appetite.

Avocados are one of the most nutrient dense foods in the world, and are rich in monounsaturated fats which provide fuel and energy to your cells.

They are also rich in potassium, magnesium and Avocatin B, all of which improve hormone balance, insulin resistance and help your body metabolise and burn fat.

Similarly, extra virgin olive oil is one of the healthiest cooking ingredients.

It's loaded with anti-inflammatory chemicals like oleocanthal and oleuropein which can get rid of pain, swelling, joint pain, inflammation and improve the health of your liver.

11. Nutritional Yeast

When you're on a diet or your exercising heavily, your body uses up its B-vitamins to help break down your stored fat and turn it into energy.

This can leave you depleted, causing you to feel weaker, tired and it can even trigger anxiety and mood disorders in some people.

Start consuming 1-2 tablespoons of unfortified nutritional yeast daily.

This is rich in the B-Vitamin complex and will help to fix your metabolism, lower cortisol (stress), and support heathy weight loss.

12. Herbs (0g) & Spices (1-3g) Carbs, Per Tsp.

To heal any ailment or to lose weight, eat freshly chopped herbs in salads on a daily basis.

Some of the best are mint, basil, parsley, oregano, cilantro, dill, rosemary and thyme.

These do not contain any starches, but are packed full of healing antioxidants and phytonutrients that support weight loss and blood sugar management.

Likewise I also recommend spices, like turmeric, cinnamon, coriander seeds, black pepper and ginger.

These are some of the nature's most powerful natural healers which help to repair the liver, the pancreas, and the digestive organs.

Spices contain a very tiny amount of carbs, but you don’t need much to get the benefits and give your meals a delicious flavour.

What's interesting about nature, is that the foods that are healthiest for you often have the most vibrant tastes and flavours.

Here's a quick summary of some of foods that I've talked about today.

Eating a mixture of these foods to replace carbohydrates will quickly help your body

to burn fat at a rapid rate, and also trigger healing at the cellular level.

It's important that you avoid the conventional cheap meats and farmed fish which are pumped full of hormones, antibiotics are fed GMO grains.

You want to choose high quality grass fed and grass finished meats, wild caught fish, pasture raised eggs and dairy produce.

Also, choose organic vegetables and leafy greens, that have not been sprayed with harmful pesticides that can damage your liver.

Losing Weight Fast.

If your' goal is to lose weight there are some simple tricks and techniques that you can also use to help turn your body into a fat burning machine.

1. Perform intermittent fasting at least 2-4 days per week. Eat all of your calories and food in a shorter window of time. You do this in a 5 hour window, and allow your body 19 hours to fast.

Fasting makes your cells more sensitive to insulin, allowing more energy, fat and fuel to be burned so that you can lose weight faster.

Fasting also stimulates autophagy, your bodies way of cleaning out damaged cells, recycling them to build new healthy parts.

2. Start taking a digestive enzyme supplement before each meal. Choose a brand which contains bile, pancreatin and betaine hcl. These ingredients help your gallbladder and your pancreas to release bile and enzymes that break down fat, and clean out your digestive system.

3. Avoid all starchy, sugary and processed carbohydrates like bread, cereal, pasta, rice, biscuits, potatoes, soda, doughnuts etc.. These foods raise your insulin and blood sugars, which prevent you from losing weight.

4. Eat lots of healthy fats that I've already talked about today, like avocados, eggs, EVOO, and raw coconut oil. These help your body to switch from burning glucose (sugar) to burning body fat (adipose tissue).

5. Keep your stress levels low, because stress hormones (cortisol) makes you gain weight. Taking long walks in nature, getting more sleep and deep breathing exercise can all be used to minimise stress, which helps balance hormones.

6. Drink at least 1 litre of a good quality mineral water each day, avoiding tap water as this can contain unhealthy forms of estrogen that promote weight gain.

Choose a bottled brand which comes from a natural source rich in minerals.

I personally drink Evian, San Pellegrino and Fiji water, but there many brands out there to choose from.So do you know any other healthiest food with no curb and sugar? Feel free to share with us on the comment section below also don't forget to share this article out.

Colon Cancer Warning Signs and Symptoms You Shouldn't Ignore

Colon (or colorectal) cancer is the third most common cancer in adults.

Although it is treatable when caught early, it can be life-threatening if left untreated.
In fact, it’s the second leading cause of cancer deaths in both men and women in the United States.
Colon cancer begins when cells in your large intestine start to grow abnormally.
These cells can form polyps, which can become cancerous (or malignant).
If this happens, they can spread to other parts of your body through lymphatic or blood vessels.
Colon cancer may also begin with colorectal adenoma or flat polyp, which is not considered malignant, but may eventually become so if it gets bigger or develops into a cancerous tumor or adenocarcinoma.

Colon cancer, also known as colorectal cancer, is a type of cancer that affects the colon and rectum. It is the third most common type of cancer worldwide, and it usually develops slowly over several years.

The colon is part of the digestive system, and it plays a crucial role in the absorption of water and nutrients from the food we eat. Colon cancer occurs when cells in the lining of the colon or rectum start to grow abnormally and uncontrollably. Over time, these cells can form a mass of tissue called a tumor, which can spread to other parts of the body.

Some of the risk factors for colon cancer include age, a family history of the disease, a personal history of inflammatory bowel disease, a diet high in red or processed meat, a sedentary lifestyle, and smoking. Symptoms of colon cancer may include changes in bowel habits, blood in the stool, abdominal pain, and unexplained weight loss.

Early detection and treatment are key to improving the chances of survival from colon cancer. Screening tests such as colonoscopy can detect precancerous growths or early-stage colon cancer, allowing for prompt treatment. Treatment for colon cancer may include surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or a combination of these approaches.

RISK FACTORS

Most people who get colon cancer are over 50, but you can get it at any age.
If you have a family history of colon cancer or polyps, you’re more likely to develop it.
You might also be at risk if you: have inflammatory intestinal conditions, eat a low-fiber, high-fat diet, have a sedentary lifestyle, have been diagnosed with diabetes or obesity, smoke or regularly consume alcohol.

SYMPTOMS
Colon cancer symptoms can differ from person to person, but there are a few common warning signs to look out for, such as: a persistent change in your bowel habits including diarrhea, constipation, or a change in the consistency of your stool, bleeding from the rectum, or blood in your stool, persistent abdominal discomfort such as cramps, gas, or pain, a feeling that your bowel doesn’t empty completely, weakness or fatigue, loss of appetite and weight loss with no apparent cause.
Now, there are a number of things that can cause these symptoms, and many people with colon cancer show no symptoms in the early stages of the disease.
When symptoms do appear, they can vary depending on the cancer’s size and location in the large intestine.
That’s why routine screening is so important!
It can detect and even prevent some colorectal cancers.

DETECTION
Your doctor will likely start with a rectal exam.
You may also have a COLONOSCOPY, which involves a flexible tube with a lighted tip inserted into your rectum that allows the doctor to see inside your colon.
Screening often requires a FECAL OCCULT BLOOD TEST as well, which helps detect hidden blood in the stool that’s often caused by colon polyps or tumors.
Your doctor may also order additional tests, such as: a CAT scan an imaging test that uses x-rays and a computer to create detailed pictures of the inside of your body, an ultrasound which uses sound waves to produce pictures that show the size, location, and shape of the tumor (if any), as well as abnormalities that may be present in surrounding tissues, and a biopsy during which they take out a small piece of tissue and check for cancer cells.

TREATMENT
Colon cancer treatments may include surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy or immunotherapy.
The type of colon cancer treatment depends on the type of cancer cells found in the colon.

Colon cancer treatment depends on various factors such as the stage and location of the cancer, the patient's overall health, and their personal preferences. The most common treatments for colon cancer are:

Surgery: Surgery is the most common treatment for colon cancer, and it involves removing the cancerous part of the colon or rectum. The type of surgery depends on the stage and location of the cancer, and it can be performed either as an open surgery or a minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery.

Chemotherapy: Chemotherapy is the use of drugs to kill cancer cells. It is often given after surgery to kill any remaining cancer cells, or it can be given before surgery to shrink the tumor. Chemotherapy can be given orally or through an IV.

Radiation therapy: Radiation therapy uses high-energy radiation to kill cancer cells. It is often used in combination with chemotherapy, or it can be given before surgery to shrink the tumor.

Targeted therapy: Targeted therapy is a type of treatment that uses drugs to specifically target cancer cells. It is often used in combination with chemotherapy or radiation therapy.

Immunotherapy: Immunotherapy is a type of treatment that helps the immune system to identify and attack cancer cells. It is still relatively new and is currently being studied in clinical trials for colon cancer.

It is important to consult with a medical professional to determine the best treatment plan for an individual case of colon cancer.

PREVENTION

The good news is that you can take steps to reduce your risk of colon cancer by making
some lifestyle changes.
Do the following: eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains; they contain
important vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants, which may play a role in cancer prevention, drink alcohol in moderation, stop smoking, try to exercise at least 30 minutes every day, maintain a healthy weight.
The bottom line is, that it’s better to be safe than sorry.
So, do whatever you can to reduce your risk of developing colon cancer.
Make sure to get routine screening, and if you suspect you have it, don’t wait to talk to your doctor about it.

Foods That Prevents And Fight Cancer

Hello guys welcome back.Todays topic is foods that prevents and fight cancer so lets go in to it. Cancer is a disease where the DNA and  genes inside your cells get damaged, causing the cells start mutating  and growing uncontrollably.

Unlike healthy cells, cancer  cells become immortal and start   spreading at a rapid rate throughout the body, using up your nutrients and burning  through your sugar reserves.

As the cells mutate they form tumours causing  cancer in different areas like your bowels,  liver, pancreas or lungs for example.

Cancerous cells also destroy your nerves,  your blood vessels and your  organs and eventually cause death. But the question is what damages your  DNA and cells in the first place?

One of the main causes is refined  sugar that’s often added to our foods,  as this causes free radical damage to  the mitochondria inside your cells.

Another type of sugar that raises the risk  of cancer is high fructose corn syrup,  also used to manufacture sweets,  juice drinks, sauces and fast foods and even artificial sweeteners  used in diet soda like aspartame   damage the insulin receptors in your  cells which can also lead to cancer.

Refined vegetable oils are also carcinogenic, processed grans and flour that depletes your  antioxidants, opening up the risk of DNA damage

Also the chemical pesticides and weed killers used  to grow our produce is also harmful to your cells.

Along with smoking, vaping, alcohol,  and other pollutants that we breathe in.

(Although we have all been exposed these  things we are fortunate that there) Fortunately there are natural foods  that contain healing properties,  which help to prevent your  cells becoming cancerous.

Just a quick reminder, this article  is for educational purposes only,  so do speak to your doctor for a medical  diagnosis if you have any health concerns.

1. Raw Garlic.

Eating crushed, raw garlic on a regular basis can  help to block the growth of  cancerous cells in your body.

It contains natural chemicals such as  ajoene, allicin and sulfur which boosts  antioxidant activity in your body, protecting  your cells, mitochondria and DNA from damage.

Allicin in garlic has also  been shown to cause existing  cancer cells to self-destruct and die (apoptosis).

It's important that you crush  your garlic to activate allicin,  and make sure that you don’t cook it,  as heat destroys this delicate compound.

2. Broccoli Sprouts.

Broccoli sprouts are 2-3  day old microgreens which are  sprouted from broccoli seeds.

They are rich in an anti-cancer  chemical called sulforaphane,  which causes cancer cells to commit suicide,  but leaves your healthy cells in-tact.

Broccoli sprouts contain 100x more sulforaphane than fully grown broccoli.

Studies show that when you eat more sulforaphane,  your liver produces more enzymes that break  down toxins and chemicals in your body. (that could have cause cancer in the long term) You can start growing these  very easily at home using an  inexpensive sprouting kit on your windowsill.

You can also use cauliflower, radish,  arugula or wheatgrass seeds, as these too  are packed full of anti-cancer compounds.

I recommend adding them on  the top cooked vegetables,  as the enzymes within help your stomach  absorb more nutrients from the cooked foods. Or you can simply toss them into a healthy salad.

3. Blueberries.

Start eating a small handful  of blueberries every single  day to improve your overall health  and strengthen your immune system.

Blueberries and other berries contain  plant pigments called anthocyanins,  giving them their black/purple/reddish color.

Anthocyanins are potent antioxidants that  protect your cells from free radical damage,   that occurs from the sugar,  junk foods, vegetable oils etc.

If you want to protect your body from damage,  or heal from any medical conditions you need   to focus on eating foods rich in  antioxidants every single day.

Other anti-cancerous berries include  bilberries, blackberries, strawberries,  gooseberries and acai berry, some of which  can be taken as a powdered supplement.

If your finding this information  useful, please like, subscribe and  turn all notifications on to stay updated  with may latest health and nutrition tips.

4. Sauerkraut.

Sauerkraut is a type of fermented  cabbage often consumed in Germany,  and is one of the richest sources  of Vitamin C in the world.

1 cup contains an enormous 700mg of Vitamin C,  that's over 8x the minimum daily requirements.

Cancer often spreads into areas of  inflammation and swelling in your body,  where your tissues are inflamed.

Vitamin C however helps to  lower this inflammation,  and remove free radicals in your blood  in order to reduce the risk of cancer.

It's important that you eat foods  rich in the REAL Vitamin C complex,  as 'ascorbic acid' supplements do not  have the same effect as whole foods.

I recommend eating a serving  of sauerkraut 3x per week.

As it's fermented, it's rich in prebiotics  and probiotics (friendly bacteria) that help  to feed your colon cells and prevent the  growth of polyps, tumours and bowel cancer.

Other excellent fermented foods are Plain Greek  yoghurt (full fat), kimchi, miso and kefir.

5. Cruciferous Vegetables.

Many of us have abused our bodies for years,  eating lots of junk food and  sugar and perhaps alcohol.

This can cause toxins to build  up inside the bones, the liver,  the tissues and other organs which can  raise your risk of cancer later in life.

Fortunately you can help your  body to start removing these  carcinogenic toxins by eating lots  of organic cruciferous vegetables.

Such as kale, cabbage, cauliflower,  brussels sprouts, broccoli, beet tops,  arugula, bok choy, collard  greens, watercress etc..

Vegetables in the brassica family like  these are packed full of anti-cancer  phytonutrients such as indole-3-carbnol, along with Vitamin C, potassium,  magnesium B-vitamins and much more. These nutrients help your liver  enzymes to break down toxins into  harmless water-soluble particles that  can be released through your urine.

This is called phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification.

Make sure that you don't overcook your  vegetables, you can lightly steam them but  it's best to eat them raw in a salad with other  veggies like tomatoes, spring onions, herbs etc.

6. Turmeric & Black Pepper.

Turmeric is one of the most well-known natural  medicines for lowering inflammation and  stimulating healing within the human body.

You can start adding powdered  turmeric to stir fries, curries,  soups, stews or it can be  used to make a herbal tea.

The active ingredient inside  turmeric is called curcumin,  and has been shown to prevent cancerous  tumours from growing new blood vessels.

This helps to starve cancer off cancer  cells and prevent them from spreading.

You should also add black pepper  whenever you eat turmeric,  as it contains piperine which can  help you absorb curcumin 2000% better.

7. Mushrooms.

In China mushrooms have been  used for centuries to help  fight off diseases and boost the immune  system against viruses and infections.

Since the 1970's in Japan and China,  certain plant chemicals are extracted  from mushrooms (PSP & PSK) and used as  part of a treatment plan for cancer.

Some of the best anti-cancer  mushrooms to eat are turkey tail,  cordyceps, chaga, lions mane, reishi and maitake.

These actually have over 40 different  phytonutrients that help to fight/prevent cancer,  such as quercetin, hispolon,  baicalein and many others.

8. Matcha Green Tea.

If you really want to improve the health of your  cells start consuming 2 cups of  matcha green tea on a daily basis.

Compared to regular green tea,  matcha contains more chlorophyll and has more  concentrated nutrients with healing properties.

One of its major compounds called EGCG,  has been shown to prevent cancer cells  from spreading from a tumour to other  tissues and organs throughout the body.

9. Wild Caught Fish.

Cancer usually forms and spreads to parts  of your body that are inflamed and damaged,  so it's important to keep  inflammation under control.

This will reduce the risk of developing  cancer and also help to fight against it.

Some of the most powerful anti-inflammatory foods  are wild fish like sardines, salmon and mackerel.

These fish are loaded with active Omega  3-fatty acids (DHA & EPA) which help to  bring down swelling and inflammation, in  order to protect against harmful cancer.

When following a medical plan for  cancer, it's important to eat these  often to help your body cope with the  chemotherapy drugs and medications.

You can take Antarctic Krill Oil as a supplement  (500mg) daily. This is rich in stable omega-3s  and also contains astaxanthin, a powerful  cancer fighting carotenoid and antioxidant.

10. Dark Chocolate (Sugar Free).

Cacao beans which are used to make chocolate are  packed full of antioxidants and phytonutrients  such as chlorogenic acid, that have also  been shown to ward off against cancer.

It actually contains more flavanols  than blueberries and acai, so adding  this to your rotation is a great way  to boost antioxidants in your body.

Make sure that you choose a  high percentage organic dark  chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids)  sweetened with stevia, and not sugar.

Eating a couple of cubes per day can  help control blood pressure, help to  regulate cholesterol and also lower cortisol,  the stress hormone that makes you gain weight.

Let's look at some additional foods that have  anti-cancer properties;

Black Seed Oil,

Red Algae

Sweet Wormwood,

Pumpkin seeds

Ginger

Celery

Walnuts

Oregano

Ashwagandha

Soursop

Other Ways To Prevent/Fight Cancer

Now that you have lots of information  about the foods that fight cancer,  let's explore a few important lifestyle tips  that use to protect and heal your cells.

1. Fasting for 48 hours or longer has  been used by many patients periodically  to reverse late stage cancer. When you  fast, IGF-1, glucose, insulin and other  growth factors are reduced, which helps  the body to heal and kill cancer cells.

2. Eating foods rich in soluble fiber like chia  seeds, feeds the friendly microbes in the gut

which boosts the amount of butyrate in your body.  This lowers inflammation throughout the body,  and reduces oxidation, preventing DNA  damage within the cells and mitochondria.

3. Reduce processed meats from the diet,  stop eating foods cooked in vegetable oil,  and eliminate sugar from your body. This will help  to prevent free radical damage inside the cells.

4. Hydrate the body with at least 1 litre  mineral water daily, avoiding tap water  which contains hormone disruptors. You can  also add potassium citrate to your water,  which helps improve cell function,  and removes excess sugar in the blood.

5. Focus on eating organic, antioxidant rich  foods already discussed to stimulate cellular  healing. Add low glycaemic berries,  lemons, krill oil, nutritional yeast,  grass fed beef, organ meats  and sea kelp to your rotation.

6. Lastly, get 20 minutes of exercise at  least 2x per week. This increases oxygen  levels by 10-20x in the blood. Cancer cells  do not thrive in an oxygen rich environment.

Exercise outside when you can, as infrared  light from the sun can boost melatonin,  a powerful antioxidant. Also  be sure to quit smoking/vaping.

10 Foods That Prevent And Kill Cancer

Another type of sugar that raises the risk  of cancer is high fructose corn syrup,  also used to manufacture sweets,  juice drinks, sauces and fast foods.

And even artificial sweeteners  used in diet soda like aspartame  damage the insulin receptors in your  cells which can also lead to cancer. Refined vegetable oils are also carcinogenic, Processed grans and flour that depletes your  antioxidants, opening up the risk of DNA damage also the chemical pesticides and weed killers used  to grow our produce is also harmful to your cells.

Along with smoking, vaping, alcohol,  and other pollutants that we breathe in.(Although we have all been exposed these  things we are fortunate that there) fortunately there are natural foods  that contain healing properties,  which help to prevent your  cells becoming cancerous.

Anthocyanins are potent antioxidants that  protect your cells from free radical damage,

that occurs from the sugar,  junk foods, vegetable oils etc.
