Stop Throwing Away Strawberry Tops -Here's How to Use Them!

Strawberries are one of the healthiest and  most delicious fruits around. But if you’re  throwing away the top leafy parts, you’re  missing out on a ton of nutritious potential!

Not to mention, strawberries,  especially organically grown,  can be pricey. So you want to make sure you get  your money’s worth by utilizing the entire berry.
Instead of tossing those strawberry tops  in the trash, here are 8 ways to use them!

Number 1 - Make A Healing Tea.
You can use strawberry tops to make a healing  tea that can help reduce inflammation, boost  the immune system, and improve overall health. To make the tea, steep 3 to 5 strawberry tops in  one cup of hot water for 10 to 15 minutes. You can  also add honey or lemon to make it more flavorful.
This tea can be consumed daily or as needed to  help promote health and healing in the body.

Number 2 - Add Them to Your Smoothie.
Smoothies and shakes are a delicious and  nutritious way to kick-start your day. But  if you’re looking to take your morning beverage to  the next level, consider adding strawberry tops!
They have tons of antioxidants and fiber  that could really help your health. In fact,  strawberry tops have even been shown  to improve digestion and reduce gas.
So instead of throwing them away, add them  to your smoothie for a nutritious boost!

Number 3 - Make Strawberry Vinegar.
Fruit-scrap-infused vinegar is a simple  way to add a sweet and tangy flavor to  your favorite salad dressing or as a topping for  grilled chicken. And, it’s super easy to make.
Combine 1 cup of strawberry tops with  white wine vinegar in a bottle or a  pint-sized mason jar. Cover it, and let it  sit at room temperature for about a week.
Strain before using.

Number 4 - Clean and Whiten Teeth.
The natural acids in strawberries  can help break down plaque and keep  your breath fresh and your teeth healthy. Using strawberry tops to whiten your teeth is  really simple. First, dip the strawberry top into  baking soda and gently rub it over your teeth.
After a few minutes, spit out the remains of  this mixture and brush your teeth as usual.
Of course, this method won’t give you the same  results as professional whitening treatments  but it’s a great way to naturally clean  and remove surface stains from your teeth.

Number 5 - Add Them to Your  Water for A Refreshing Infusion.
This is a great way to add a little sweetness to  your water without adding any calories or sugar,
which is especially important if you’re  trying to cut back on sweets and lose weight.
To make this refreshing beverage,  take about 8 to 12 strawberry tops,  depending on how strong you want the  flavor, and put them in a pitcher.
Then fill the pitcher with water and let  it sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Number 6 - Make an Itch-Relieving Bath.
If you have dry, itchy skin,  this is the perfect remedy.
Since strawberry tops contain anti-inflammatory  properties, they can help soothe your skin,  which means they’re perfect for calming  the itch of eczema and psoriasis. Plus,  their natural acid content  helps remove dead skin cells.
So next time you’re taking a bath, toss in 1 cup  of strawberry tops and soak in it for 20 minutes.

Number 7 - Give Them to Your  Backyard Animals as A Treat.
When it comes to providing your backyard animals  with a healthy, delicious snack, strawberry tops
make a great choice whether you have chickens,  goats, ducks, rabbits, pigs, or horses.
Not only is this a great way  to recycle your kitchen scraps,  but it’s also an easy and inexpensive  way to show your animals some love.

Number 8 - Add Them to Your Garden.
You can also use strawberry tops to give  your garden or lawn an extra boost. Just  toss some on the ground near plants  - and watch them work their magic.
The strawberry tops will decompose  and help enrich the soil,  adding additional nutrients your  plants will greatly benefit from.

9.Antioxidants.
Strawberry peels contain antioxidants, such as anthocyanins, which give them their vibrant red color. Antioxidants help protect the body against oxidative stress and reduce the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease, certain cancers, and age-related macular degeneration.

10.Fiber content.
Strawberry peels are a good source of dietary fiber. Including fiber in your diet can support digestive health, regulate bowel movements, and promote a feeling of fullness, which can aid in weight management.

I hope this article  has given  you some fun and creative ways  to use those strawberry tops you  would have otherwise thrown away.
Thanks for reading. If you thought this video offered  some useful information, give it a  like and share it with your friends. It  allows us to create more great content.

6 Ways To Clear Your Constipation And Unclog Your Colon

Constipation is an issue where your body isn't  digesting and eliminating waste fast enough.

Symptoms - This can cause you to have dry Lumpy Stool Dry hard lumps in your stool  which are difficult to pass. < 3 Poops Per Week - having less than 3 bowel movements  per week may indicate constipation

Feeling Fullness - And there may also be a

feeling of fullness like you can’t fully empty  your bowels after trying to use the toilet.

It's important to get your bowels  moving if you are constipated,  as the food waste that’s inside  your colon can start to build-up,

Causing inflammation in  the intestines, infections,  diverticulitis, haemorrhoids  (swollen veins in rectum), and it can also damage your  pelvic floor muscles from

straining too hard when your using the toilet.

In this video we will be exploring the  top 6 ways to clear out the waste from  your colon and eliminate constipation by  fixing the root causes of the problem.

Just a quick reminder this article  is for educational purposes only,  so do speak to your doctor if  you have any medical concerns.

1. Use Bile Acids

Bile is very important liquid made  by your liver and gallbladder,  which helps to lubricate your colon, help you  digest fats and absorb nutrients from your food.

Many people are deficient  in bile because they have  a sluggish gallbladder or a fatty  liver because they are overweight.

This causes your bile to thicken,  leading to a build-up of dry faeces  in your colon that's not lubricated  properly, making it difficult to pass.

To overcome this you can take a  supplement containing conjugated  bile acids, in the morning on an empty  stomach, and again when you eat a meal.

Bile supplements have different names such  as ox bile extract, bile acid factors,  purified bile salts. You can also  find this in digestive enzyme blends.

Taking bile in the morning before  you eat anything helps to mobilise  the faeces and stool in your colon,  by lubricating the entire system.

2. Water & Sea Salt

Many people are dehydrated because they  simply do not drink enough water or eat

enough electrolytes, which can dry  out the colon, causing constipation.

Drink 1 pint of water with 1/4 teaspoon  of sea salt in the morning to quickly

refresh the digestive system  and bring up your fluid levels.

The sea salt is important to help stimulate  digestive juices in your stomach (HCL).

Please note that drinking too much coffee,

tea or caffeine can actually dehydrate  you and trigger constipation.

3. Prebiotic Fiber (Soluble)

If you have constipation quite often,

you may have an imbalance in the  bacteria that lives inside your gut.

There are actually over 100 trillion  friendly bacteria (probiotics) living in  your intestines that help to digest your food,  break it down and eliminate it from the body.

However, if you eat lots of refined grains  and sugars like bread, cakes, sweets,  biscuits, cereals these can actually weaken the  balance and make your microbes less diverse.

To build these back up, starting eating  foods rich in soluble fiber, like chia seeds,  avocados, guacamole, hummus, brussels sprouts,  cabbage, pecan nuts, sauerkraut, other  fermented vegetables and salad leaves.

Your friendly microbes eat soluble fiber  (fermentation), which makes them stronger

and helps to support your digestion  and move waste through your colon.

4. Apple Cider Vinegar

If you often suffer from acid reflux,  GERD, indigestion, regurgitation or  heartburn along with your constipation this  is usually a sign of stomach acid problems.

Most commonly, the important stomach  acids (HCL) become too alkaline,  which makes them weaker and less able to digest  and break down your food at the stomach level.

Unfortunately antacids are often prescribed,  which actually makes the stomach even weaker

because you are neutralising  these important digestive juices.

If you wish to improve this you can take  2-3 capsules of apple cider vinegar with a tall glass of water before each meal, or  you can use 1tbsp of liquid acv in water.

This helps to bring down the pH of  your stomach acid back to normal (1-3),

and will stimulate the release of  enzymes from your pancreas that  help to digest your food and pass  waste to clear your constipation.

5. Senna Tea

For a maximum of 7 days, you  can drink senna tea up to 3x  per day to stimulate the muscles in your gut.

This herbal remedy contains phytonutrients  that speed up peristalsis, the pumping action  of the muscles that push waste  through your large intestine.

This is very effective for short term  constipation relief, however you may  consider using the other remedies discussed  today for long term constipation > 1-2weeks.

6. B-Vitamins

Many people who have constipation suffer  from a Vitamin B deficiency, especially B1.

When you eat sugar, and other refined foods  like flour, bread, popcorn, cereal, pastries,  biscuits, sweets and soda drinks you deplete  your body of Vitamin B1, and B-complex.

This causes problems with the nerve signalling  from the brain stem to the muscles in your gut,  and slows down the pumping action (peristalsis).

This can also happen when you are stressed  out and your cortisol levels are high,  because your body activates fight/flight  and turns off parts of your digestion.

Taking B1 and other B-vitamins however help  to relax the nervous system (sympathetic) and  turn on the rest/digest system  (parasympathetic), which promotes  the normal digestion and flow of  waste through your intestines.

The best natural form of Vitamin  B1 is called allithiamine, but you  can also get this by eating unfortified  nutritional yeast and garlic regularly.

So try out a mixture of these remedies  and see which works best for you.

You can learn more about the underlying causes  of constipation in my other videos if you wish.

Stretches Now let's explore a few stretches that  you can also do to help stimulate  a bowel movement very quickly.

7. Half Spinal Twist.

Start by sitting down the floor on a matt,  carpet or towel so you are comfortable.

Bend the left leg and place your left  foot on the ground over your right knee.

Now bend your right knee and tuck  your right foot near your butt.

Place your right elbow near your  left knee and gently twist your body,  looking over your left shoulder.

Breathe deeply, hold for a  moment and then switch sides.

This twisting action helps to increase  blood flow and gently stretch the  abdominal muscles to encourage stools  to move through your digestive system.

8. Wind Relieving Pose

Lie on your back and gently pull  your knees towards your chest.

Place your hands around your shins.

Tucking your chin in whilst pressing  your lower back onto the floor.

Hold this pose and breathe deeply for 10  seconds, release and then repeat 5 times.

This particular pose can help relieve pain and  pressure caused by a build-up of waste and gas.

1. Supine Spinal Twist

Lie flat on your back. Bring your arms out to the side in a  T-position with palms down against the ground. Bend one leg at the knee, And whilst keeping your shoulders flat, gently  let the bent leg drop over the other leg.

Hold this pose and breathe deeply for 10 seconds,  release and repeat on the opposite side 10x each.

Again this pose will help to  bring blood and oxygen to the  muscles in your digestive tract,  in order to speed up the movement.

Often people need to use the toilet  after performing these simple exercises.

Thank you so much for reading my article today,  and as always I wish you great  health, wealth and happiness.

8 Powerful Ways To Lower Your Cortisol Naturally

Having  too  much of cortisol in the body can trigger a range of different health problems:

Such as unexplained high blood pressure The formation of loose belly fat that hangs over Muscle weakness especially  in the legs and buttocks .You may wake up between 2-3am  struggling to sleep and overthinking

It can weaken your immune system  making you prone to illness. It can trigger acid reflux and heartburn. "8 Signs You Have HIGH CORTISOL"

If cortisol is left unchecked it can lead to some  dangerous health conditions like heart disease,  type2 diabetes and a higher  risk of infection from viruses.

There are some simple ways that you can lower your  cortisol naturally to take  the strain off your body.

And that’s exactly what we will  talk about in today's article.

Just a quick reminder this article  is for educational purposes only,  so do speak to your doctor if you have  any medical or mental health concerns.

1. L-Theanine

If you wish you can take 200mg of L-Theanine twice

per day to help relax your nervous  system and naturally lower cortisol.

This is an amino acid found in green  tea which helps to lower your heart

rate when you are stressed and also  make you feel calm, steady and focused.

This nutrient easily crosses the blood  brain barrier within 30-45 minutes.

(after taking it) You can also get

this in a gum that can be chewed, or  a mint that helps to give you focus.

Some people prefer to take this in the morning on  an empty stomach to replace caffeinated drinks,

as it helps wake you up without causing  irritability and jitters that you get from coffee.

2. Magnesium Foods

When your cortisol is high, your body is  locked into a state called fight/flight.

This keeps your muscles tense, especially  around your neck and shoulders,

as it’s a reflex to stress - the bodies  way of guarding itself against injury.

To naturally ease this tension you  want to start eating foods that are

rich in magnesium more often,  such as leafy green vegetables.

Avocados, sunflower seeds, extra virgin olive oil,

and sugar free dark chocolate  are also rich in magnesium.

This calming mineral is needed to help  relax your muscles, reduce tightness,

spasms, and restlessness that occurs  when your cortisol levels are high.

3. Raise Oxygen Levels

When your cortisol is high, your nervous  system is in a state of alertness,

and is making you very sensitive to triggers.

You may find that people annoy you more, your  blood pressure will increase and this can put

a strain on your heart long term - which is why  doctors often relate stress to heart disease.

So to counter this, start raising  your oxygen levels by taking long

gentle walks in nature for  at least 45 minutes each day.

This form of low intensity exercise,  helps to reduce cortisol and turn off the

fight/flight reaction (sympathetic nervous  system) by boosting your oxygen levels.

You'll also find that sunlight exposure  produces more Vitamin D in your body, which  helps to lower inflammation and calm the adrenal  glands, so that they release less cortisol.

If you're finding this information helpful  please hit the like button, subscribe and

turn all notifications to stay updated  with my latest health and nutrition tips.

4. Vitamin B1 & B5

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) and B5  (Pantothenic Acid) are two of

the most powerful nutrients for lowering  cortisol and relaxing the nervous system.

The best natural source of these  is unfortified nutritional yeast.

Eat at least 2-3 tablespoons of this mixed in  yoghurt, soups, stir fries or over your salad.

Within 5-10 minutes you may feel  yourself relaxing and calming down,

as the rest/digest part of your nervous  system kicks in (parasympathetic).

Eating garlic can also supply allithiamine,

a powerful version of B1, which enhances  your mood, supports neurotransmission

in your brain, lifts brain fog and helps  to quickly reduce the need for cortisol.

5. 4-6 Breathing Technique

Sit in a comfortable chair or lie down,  and breathe in gently to a count of 4,

and then out to a count of 6. Do  this gently for just a few minutes.

The longer exhalation stimulates your diaphragm,  the muscle below your lungs which can reboot the

signal to the brain, telling it to turn  off the fight/flight (cortisol) response.

You see, when you are stressed you tend to  breathe more rapidly and more shallow. By

slowing your breathing down, your brain knows  it's safe to turn off its stress reaction.

By the way, I'll be sharing some links below  the video to my favourite supplements to reduce

cortisol, and also some cortisol testing  kits if you are looking for more resources.

6. Aromatherapy

Invest in some high quality essential oils to

promote relaxation of the body  and ease the nervous system.

Lavender, frankincense, bergamot, ylang ylang  and myrrh are some of my personal favourites

which each contain active ingredients  that have been shown to lower cortisol.

You can place a few drops of your chosen  oil into a little coconut oil (carrier oil)

and massage this into your temples. Studies show that the active ingredients

within essential oils penetrate the skin and  help to balance out hormones throughout the body.

Gently inhaling these aromas by using a  room diffuser or oil burner can also help

to make you feel peaceful and get  your body out of the stress mode.

7. Quit Snacking

Snacking throughout the day continuously  triggers another hormone called insulin,

which is there to help control your blood sugars.

Over time this repeated habit can cause  insulin resistance, which can cause your

brain cells to starve of energy, putting  your body into stress mode (high cortisol).

Instead of snacking, it's recommended  to eat 2 solid meals per day,

adding some healthy fats to boost  satiety and keep you feeling full.

Avocados, grass fed butter, Brazil nuts, almonds,  virgin coconut oil or oily fish (sardines/salmon),

can all help to keep you feeling full and  reduce the need for cortisol in your body.

8. Adaptogens

There are many herbs and spices used throughout  the world that are classified as adaptogens.

Basically, adaptogens help your body adapt  to stress, including emotional stress,

and physical stress from exercise or injury.

Getting more adaptogens helps your body adjust  and respond to the changing conditions of life,

so it naturally lowers the need for cortisol in  your body, and calms your adrenal glands down.

Ashwagandha and rhodiola are two amazing  herbs which you can get in supplement form.

You can also drink lemon balm, hibiscus,

chamomile, maca or butterfly pea flower  teas to keep your cortisol levels in check.

As you can see there are many active ways  to lower cortisol naturally in your body,

so try out a mixture of these  and see which works best for you.

In addition to these methods I also recommend that

you find ways to pull away  from stressors in your life.

For example if you have relatives  or friends that get on your nerves,

don't go as often and don't stay as long.

We often try to push through stress, which  only makes the problem worse as it can

physically build-up inside your body, causing  an over reactive nervous response (cortisol).

Take care of yourself mentally,  physically and emotionally.

Eating probiotic rich foods like kefir,  sauerkraut, raw vegetables, kimchi and kombucha  tea can all help the cells in your gut to produce  calming brain chemicals like GABA and serotonin.

Here's a quick summary of the powerful  ways to lower cortisol naturally.

1. Take L-theanine in a gum, mint or  supplement to replace your morning coffee

2. Eat leafy greens, and foods rich in magnesium  to calm muscle tension and lower cortisol

3. Raise oxygen levels by  taking long walks in nature

4. Consume nutritional yeast to get B1 and B5,  the most important vitamins to relax the body.

5. Use the 4-6 breathing technique to  physically turn off the stress response

6. Use essential oils to  stimulate the parasympathetic  rest and digest part of the nervous system .

7. Quit snacking and eat solid meals with healthy  fats to stay satisfied and balance hormones.

8. Use adaptogen herbs like ashwagandha and  lemon balm to reduce the need for cortisol.

9. Limit stressful situations in your life by  avoiding annoying people as much as you can.

10. Eat probiotic rich foods to support  your gut microbiome in producing  calming brain chemicals like GABA>

Thank you so much for reading my article,  and as always I wish you great  health, wealth and happiness.

Anti-Aging Foods To Eat Regularly

As you get older, the organs and  tissues throughout your body start   to break down and get weaker (senescence). This is a natural part of the aging process,  however many peoples bodies are  aging at a much faster rate, because of environmental factors such as  not eating enough nutrient dense foods,  lack of sleep, lack of exercise, environmental toxins such as cigarette  smoke, pesticides, sugar, drugs,  mould spores and other pro-oxidants. All of these issues can cause oxidative  stress inside the cells of your body,  leading to DNA damage and faster aging.

Here are some examples of how  your body changes as you ageCollagen Loss - You begin to lose  collagen. You'll notice this mostly as   your skin begins to become less elastic,  and it begins to sag and form wrinkles.

Joint Degeneration - Similarly the  joints in your knees, hips, elbows,  shoulders etc can begin to degenerate  and break down, and become more stiff.

Muscle Atrophy - Your muscles  will also shrink as you age,  as your body makes less human growth  hormone and stores less amino acids.

Brain Shrinkage - Even parts of your  brain such as the frontal lobe and  hippocampus start to shrink as a  natural part of the aging process,  and communication between  neurons becomes less effective Heart Weakness - As the your  biological age progresses,  the valves in your heart can thicken and  the chambers can begin holding less blood.

Liver Deterioration - and also naturally  your liver will begin to lose its ability  to filter as many toxins from your blood,  and less blood flows through the liver.

Fortunately for us however, scientists  and biohackers are always studying new  ways to improve the longevity of the body, to both increase human lifespan, and enrich  the body so that you can feel strong,  healthy and happy well into old age.The most important way to slow down the aging  process is by correcting your  diet and eating certain foods.

Today, we will be exploring the top 10  anti-aging foods to eat on a regular basis.

These foods help to fight ageing by  lowering inflammation and oxidation,  and supply key nutrients and antioxidants that  help to protect your cells at the genetic level.Just a quick reminder this art  is for educational purposes only,  so do speak to your doctor if  you have any medical concerns.

1. Blueberries (Resveratrol)

Blueberries are one of the most  powerful fruits in the world when it  comes to boosting longevity and fighting  against the negative effects of aging.

These delicious bright blue berries are packed  full of resveratrol, and anthocyanidins.

These are natural plant chemicals which have  been shown to help protect the  DNA against oxidative damage.

Eat a handful of these daily, perhaps in some  Greek yoghurt to boost both your antioxidant  network, and your immune system to repel  viruses, bacteria and other pathogens.

2. Sardines (Omega 3-s)

Eating canned or fresh sardines for your lunch  is one of the easiest ways to get your essential  omega 3 fatty acids (DHA & EPA).

Studies show that regularly eating  omega 3-s from oily fish can extend  the human lifespan by up to 5 years.

Omega 3-s from sardines strengthen the membranes  around the trillions of cells in your body, whilst also lowering inflammation and protecting  your arteries from becoming  stiff, thickened and clogged.

Eating oily fish regularly can also help  to keep your joints flexible as you age.

Other great sources include wild salmon,  Atlantic mackerel, and virgin cod liver oil.

3. Broccoli Sprouts (Sulforaphane)

It is highly recommended to start growing  your own organic broccoli sprouts at home,  and sprinkling them over your  salad or cooked vegetables.

These are some of the most powerful  anti-cancer foods on the planet  as they are rich in sulforaphane,  which blocks the mutations of DNA, Compared to mature broccoli, the sprouts  contain up to 100x more sulforaphane.

Your liver needs lots of sulfur to produce  glutathione, the "master antioxidant" that  protects the body against oxidation from  toxins, chemicals, food additives, drugs etc…

Other great sources of sulfur  include garlic, onions,  cruciferous vegetables and pasture raised eggs.

4. Beef Liver (Retinol & CoQ10)

Grass fed beef liver is one of the most  nutrient dense foods that you can eat,  as it is an organ that naturally stores nutrients.

In particular this organ meat is loaded  with retinol, the active form of Vitamin A  that supports smooth elastic skin, healthy  eyesight and a strong immune system.

Beef liver is also loaded with CoQ10,  one of the most powerful antioxidants  needed by every single cell in  your body, especially your heart.

It's recommended to eat up to 7oz  of pan-fried beef liver per week.

If you don't like the taste you can have  it ground and mixed with regular beef,  make this into a burger patty or eat it as a pâté.

Don't worry about beef liver storing  toxins, it actually doesn’t. It's job  is to process them and make them safe,  so there is no need to avoid liver.

5. Eggs (Lecithin)

Pasture raised eggs contain all the building  blocks of life including proteins, amino acids,  vitamins and minerals that are  all essential for the human body, and protecting against the catabolic breakdown  of your muscles, skin, hair and nails.

Eggs are one of the best natural  sources of lecithin in particular,  a group of fats that are essential  to cells in the human body.

Eggs also contain choline, a substance needed  by your liver and gallbladder to make bile,  the liquid that cleans toxins out of your  body and helps to maintain a healthy weight.

So if you're looking to keep the pounds off,  whilst keeping your muscles strong consider  eating 2 high quality pasture raised  eggs per day, especially as you age.

6. Swiss Chard (Carotenoids & Minerals)

The human body is evolved  omnivorous, meaning that we  need a range of nutrients from both plants  and animals to support a healthy body.

Most people do not consume enough raw leafy  green vegetables to meet these requirements,  which causes us to have problems with blood  pressure, oxidation and general  weakness throughout the system.

I recommend eating some of the more powerful  and nutrient dense vegetables like Swiss chard,  arugula, radish, watercress and broccoli  to fight the effects of aging in your body.

In particular Swiss chard is loaded with  carotenoids (lutein & zeaxanthin) which  protect the cells in your eyes as you get  older, along with the tissues of your heart.

They are also loaded with potassium,  magnesium, calcium and other key minerals  needed to support hormone balance  and a healthy cardiovascular system.

7. Shellfish (Zinc)

Once or twice per week eat a selection  of shellfish like mussels, oysters,  clams, crab meat etc..

These are loaded with trace minerals,  especially zinc which promotes the collagen  and elastin production for healthy skin,  reduces wrinkles and reduces amyloid plaquing  in the brain for better cognitive function.

I recommend soaking your shellfish in  a little apple cider vinegar for 20  minutes before eating them. The acetic  acid in the vinegar helps your stomach  absorb the minerals from the shellfish  and also adds a delicious flavour.

8. Sunflower Seeds (Vitamin E)

As you age, the pituitary gland in your  brain gradually starts to become smaller.

This can cause you to release  less pituitary hormones and as  a result your hormones may become out  of balance which causes advanced aging.

Eating sunflower seeds  regularly supplies Vitamin E,  a powerful fat soluble nutrient  that protects the pituitary gland.

Vitamin E from sunflower seeds can also  majorly reduce the development of wrinkles  and it protects the skin against  sun damage, oxidation and scars.

9. Olive Oil (Oleuropein & Oleocanthal)

If you really want to protect  yourself from advanced aging,  it's important to cut out the  inflammatory vegetable oils, Such as corn, cottonseed, canola, soybean,  rapeseed oils and margarine. These  are highly inflammatory and cause  your skin to age at a rapid rate.

Instead it's recommend to start eating  extra virgin olive oil a regular basis,  to supply Vitamin E, and also oleuropein and  oleocanthal. These all work together  to fight oxidation within the body.

Many 'extra virgin' olive oils  on supermarket shelves are fake,  and have been blended with other oils.

Make sure to check the bottle for  its origin and it should have a  fruity/grassy smell that irritates the  back of your throat if it is genuine.

10. Mushrooms (Ergothioneine)

To protect the DNA inside your cells from  damage, and lower the risk of developing  cancer with age, it's highly recommended  to start eating mushrooms regularly.

King oyster, maitake, shiitake mushrooms are all  rich in an sulfur-containing amino  acid called ergothioneine, which has  been shown to protect the mitochondria  in the cells against oxidative damage.

So slice these thinly and add  to your salads, stir fries,  soups and steak sauces to improve your longevity.

11. Herbs & Spices (Antioxidants)

Herbs and spices have been shown  to contain thousands of anti-aging  phytonutrients that science is  barely scratching the surface of.

Many of which have been used for  thousands of years to fight off  ailments and invigorate the  body with youth and energy.

Start eating more turmeric, thyme, cinnamon,  peppermint, rosemary, oregano, cloves and sumac.

These ingredients are some of  the highest antioxidant sources  in the world to protect your entire  body against free radical damage.

Now that you’ve learned about these anti-aging foods I just want to mention a couple  of important issues to be aware of.

Many fruits and vegetables on the commercial  market are grown heavily in pesticides and  chemicals which can reduce the  level of nutrients in the food.

For this reason it is recommended to  eat organic non-GMO foods when possible.

You should also opt for grass fed,  pasture raised and organic cuts of meat,  as these contain a higher  omega 3 fatty acid profile.

Many conventional meats, especially in  the US are grown in a very poor GMO corn  fed diet which causes the meat to be  higher in inflammatory omega 6 fats.

How To Live, Feel & Look Younger With this being said, Now I want to share with you  6 important lifestyle tips to follow if  you want to live, feel and look younger.

1. Get more sleep to boost the amount  of melatonin your brain produces. This  acts as an antioxidant and helps to  protect your brain as you get older. Go to bed an hour earlier,  turn off your devices and give yourself  time to wind down before you sleep.

Boosting melatonin also helps to protect your  muscles and lungs from weakening with age,  by balancing a hormone called cortisol.

2. Start eating all of your food in  a strict 5 hour window and fast for  the remaining 19 hours per day. This  promotes autophagy, a process where  your body recycles old damaged proteins into  new useable parts, especially in your brain.

Fasting also boosts antioxidants from your  liver to counter glycation and 'sticky blood'.

3. Exercise regularly by taking long gentle  walks, and performing high intensity interval  training. These activities can boost human growth  hormone, the main anti-aging hormone that protects  against cellular damage. This makes you look  younger, feel younger and have stronger joints.

4. Cut out inflammatory foods as much  as possible, including vegetable oils,  sugar, grains, and wheat based  foods (breads, cereals, biscuits  etc..) Replace these with the nutritious  foods talked about in today's article .

5. Drink at least 1 litre of mineral water  per day. You may add a scoop of electrolyte  powder (which contains potassium citrate,  magnesium citrate and calcium lactate).

The water and the minerals will hydrate your  body, promoting the flow of blood to all of  your vital organs and skin, carrying oxygen and  nutrients to keep the body young and healthy.

6. Get outside as much as possible. Homosapiens  evolved in Africa and require infrared light  from the sun, vitamin D, essential oils  from trees, fresh air and exercise to  maintain a fully functioning body.

Brain Damaging FoodsTo Avoid

As we get older different parts of the brain start  to shrink which can cause issues like memory loss,   slower learning, and nerve damage. (And problems with nerve transmission) Unfortunately there are also many foods that are to toxic to  the brain which can speed up the aging process, triggering a higher risk of  Alzheimer's disease and dementia, Sleeping problems like sleep apnoea, strokes, hypoxia and many other issues.

Today we'll be talking about  the top 10 brain damaging foods,  so that you can avoid these in  order to protect your brain.

At the end, I'll also share some simple lifestyle tips that  you can use to help boost your brain function. Just a quick reminder, this article is for educational purposes only  so do speak to a doctor if  you have any medical problems.

1. Fish High In Mercury.

The first brain damaging  food to avoid is fish that are high in mercury. Larger fish that are higher on the food chain

tend to accumulate high amounts  of mercury. (biomagnification). Mercury poisons the cerebellum  and the cerebral cortex,  kills brain cells (neurons) and  causes long-term nerve damage.

The fish containing the most mercury are Bluefish,  catfish, Grouper, Mackerel, Orange Roughy,  Shark, Swordfish and Big Eye/Ahi Tuna.

Eat these rarely (less than once  per month) to avoid toxicity.

To help detox the extra mercury in your body,  consume cilantro, chlorella  and walnuts on a regular basis. (as these contain natural  ingredients that bind to mercury)

Healthier fish that contain much less mercury  include wild caught cod, anchovies,  salmon, sardines, oysters and herring.

2. Green Potatoes.

The second item  on my list is green potatoes. Green potatoes contain high amounts of solanine,  this a natural pesticide that the plant  makes to protect itself from insects.

However, in humans solanine  has a neuro-toxic effect.

Eating this causes nausea, headaches  and serious neurological problems.

Eating only 1 whole green potato is  enough to make an adult very sick.

Larger amounts can cause hallucinations,  paralysis, fever, and even death.

(Be aware that) cooking green potatoes does not remove  the harmful substance, so throw them away.

3. Vegetable Oils.

Number 3 may be  surprising you, it's vegetable oil. Some of the most dangerous foods that we often  take in on a daily basis are  cooked with vegetable oils, Such as corn, canola, soy, safflower,  cottonseed, processed olive oil and margarine.

These oils are rich in omega 6 fatty acids,   and cause massive amounts of  inflammation to your brain and also raise the risk of  diabetes and Alzheimer's disease.

Be careful as they are used in fast foods,  microwavable meals, frozen packaged foods  and it's even hidden in salad dressings.

I recommend cooking your own healthy meals at home  using raw coconut oil, extra virgin  olive oil or cold pressed avocado oil.

Raw coconut oil contains MCT's which  can stimulate healing in the brain  and improve connections between neurons.

4. Iron Fortified Foods.

Coming back now to  number 4, which is iron foritfied foods. In the USA/UK many foods containing wheat and  flour have been fortified with elemental iron.

This type of iron is toxic for the body and causes  a rusting effect in the brain (oxidative damage).

This raises the risk of dementia, Alzheimer's  disease and poor brain development in children.

It’s advisable to avoid grains as much as  possible, and instead eat iron rich meats,  wild fish, whole fruits and vegetables  to meet your nutritional needs.

Heme-iron found in animal products  is naturally bound to protein,  making it stable and healthy for your body, as opposed to the elemental iron used in fortified  foods and cheap over the counter supplements.

5. Sugar.

Although it may be obvious,  number 5 is actually one of the most  destructive foods of all, sugar. Foods that are high in carbohydrates  are converted into sugar in the body. This has  the same negative effect as eating pure sugar.

For example a slice of bread is  comparable to eating 3 cubes of sugar.

Foods like rice, honey, sweetened drinks,  pastries, bread, cereal bars and biscuits  are all high on the glycaemic index.

These cause a spike in blood sugar, which  triggers anxiety, depression, mood disorders,  insulin resistance and destroys  parts of the nervous system.

To keep your brain fuelled and energised, avoid  these foods and eat healthy fats like avocados,  grass fed butter and almonds. These will  satisfy you can get rid of sugar cravings.

I understand that there is lots of  information in this video to take in,  so feel free to pause, rewind  and take notes if you need to.

6. Cherry Pits.

Cherries are loaded with antioxidants  that are healthy for your body,  but make sure that you remove the hard  stone inside them before eating them.

The pit inside the cherry contains  prussic acid, also known as cyanide.

This is poisonous to your  brain and can cause headaches  because it prevents the cells  in your body from using oxygen.

Too much cyanide can cause death.

Eating 1 or 2 seeds accidentally won't harm you,  but try not to chew them and remember  to remove them before eating.

7. Alcohol.

Drinking alcoholic drinks on a daily basis  actively damages dendrites (neuron  endings) in your brain and nervous system.

This makes it difficult for brain  cells to send messages to one another,  causing brain fog and memory loss.

Alcohol also causes a Vitamin B1  (thiamine) deficiency over time  which can cause anxiety, nerve pain, neuropathy,  restless legs, vision loss and sleep apnea.

Cut out the alcohol and save  it for special occasions.

You also start eating nutritional yeast to  help heal your brain from alcohol damage. As this is good source of Vitamin B1.

8. Glycated Proteins.

Whenever you mix a fat/protein  with sugar and consume it,  it causes sticky proteins to build  up in your body called (A.G.E's).

An example of this would be eating  a burger covered in ketchup or doughnuts which are made  of butter, flour and sugar, Pizza with sweetened sauces  and, cheese and meats on top and ice cream which is loaded  with, milk sugar, fat and protein.

When you mix sugar with these foods,  especially under heat these sticky proteins  begin to form which can stick to your nerves, damaging your brain and blocking the  normal signals from flowing through them.

They also cause you to lose collagen  and your body ages at a faster rate.

Eating antioxidant rich foods like blueberries,  leafy green vegetables and salads can help to  reduce inflammation in the brain tissue  and clean out these harmful proteins.

9. Soda Drinks.

The 9th food to avoid is soda. If you want to truly protect your brain  as you age, you will want to cut out the  soda in the drinks as much as possible,  including both diet and regular varieties.

Soda drinks contain phosphoric acid which  prevents the growth of mould or bacteria in them.

The problem with this is that too much blocks  your body from absorbing calcium and magnesium.

A deficiency in these minerals prevents  the mitochondria from generating  energy in the brain cells. The neurons  start to become deprived of energy,  which causes a loss of density in the synapses.

People who drink lots of soda will notice  that they have poor sleeping patterns,  memory loss, poor learning and brain fog.

Regular soda drinks are loaded with fructose  as a sweetener, which inflicts liver damage,  and insulin resistance that causes  the brain to starve of fuel.

Diet soda drinks are sweetened  with artificial sweeteners  like aspartame which crosses the blood  brain barrier and blocks neurotransmitters.

These have been linked to the  higher rates of depression,  mood disorders and an increased  risk of stroke and dementia.

10. Nutmeg.

Nutmeg is a spice that's made  from the seeds of the nutmeg tree,  and is a key ingredient used in eggnog,  lasagne, mulled wine and many other baked goods.

Although it’s delicious, it’s important that  you don’t take too much of this into your body,  as it contains a toxin called myristicin.

Eating as little as 2 teaspoons of nutmeg can  cause toxic effects such as fever, increased heart  rate and blood pressure, hallucinations,  drowsiness and loss of consciousness.

As you can see eating the wrong foods too often  can have a damaging effect on your brain. Although you may not notice  these effects straight away,  people start to experience symptoms as they  get older such as dementia, stokes etc. You can start by cutting back on some  of these foods and replace them with  healthy (whole food) alternatives. Improving Brain Health.

Now that you are aware of some  of worst foods for your brain,  let's explore a few lifestyle tips that  you can use to improve brain function.

1. Start consuming at least 1 litre of mineral  water each day. This helps to carry oxygen  and nutrients to your brain, clears out toxins  and waste, improving concentration and memory.

2. To help stimulate the growth of new brain  cells (neurogenesis) start intermittent fasting.

This is where you eat all of your  calories for the day in a 4 hour window  and fast for the remaining 20 hours. This stimulates BDNF,  helping to repair the DNA of your brain  cells and improves electrical communication.

3. Get at least 10 minutes of high  intensity exercise 2x per week.  Aerobic exercise promotes blood flow  to the brain, boosting oxygen levels.

4. Take 1-2 teaspoons of MCT after your first meal  of the day. This provides ketones, a powerful fuel  for your brain that bypasses damaged tissue  and helps improve overall brain function.

5. Get at least 8 hours of sleep per  night, to improve memory function,  spatial navigation and decision making.

Take naps if you need to, or use herbs  like rhodiola to improve sleep quality.

Following these 5 key steps and avoiding many  of the junk foods mentioned in this article ,  will rapidly improve the health of your brain,  and help protect it against age related diseases.

Foods To Reduce Uric Acid Level

Welcome all back! Uric acid is a natural chemical found in your blood, that your body makes when you consume certain foods, such as meat and shellfish, fruit sugars, beer and alcohol.

In normal amounts, uric acid is very healthy for the body and works as an antioxidant, helping to protect your cells against free radical damage.

However many people suffer from high uric acid levels (hyperuricemia) which can cause problems in the body.

Symptoms Of High Uric Acid Such as gout - a type of arthritis where uric acid crystals form inside the joints, causing severe pain, especially in your big toe.

High uric acid can also lead to high blood pressure, because it lowers nitric oxide levels in your blood and weakens the walls of your arteries.

You may also develop uric acid kidney stones or kidney disease as a result of high uric acid

In most people 70% of uric acid is filtered out by their kidneys and passed through the urine and 30% of it is filtered out in the gut and passed through the stool.

However some people have difficulty breaking down the uric acid, so it tends to recirculate through the blood, (triggering problems like gout and the others I just mentioned)

If you have this problem, it's very important to start cutting back on beer, and fructose in particular as these appear to be the main triggers of high uric acid.

Alcohol changes the function of your kidneys, and makes them less able to filter uric acid from the blood.

Whilst fructose, a sugar used in over 80% of packaged foods damages the gut and intestines, leading to a build-up of uric acid.

Fortunately however, there are also many different foods that can eat to help your gut and kidneys to filter out uric acid.

Today, we will explore the top 10 foods that reduce uric acid levels in the blood naturally, to prevent gout attacks, kidney problems and high blood pressure.

1. Celery (Luteolin).

When it comes to lowering uric acid in the body, celery is undoubtedly one of the best foods that you can eat.

Celery stalks, seeds and especially the leaves contain high amounts of luteolin, a natural compound that helps to lower uric acid.

It works by blocking an enzyme called xanthine oxidase, which produces uric acid in the body from purines that you eat from foods like meat and seafood.

Celery also contains other phytonutrients (3-n-butylphthalide (3nB) & beta-selinene) which have been shown to reduce inflammation in the joints to prevent gout attacks.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar (Acetic Acid).

Start drinking 1 tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, mixed in a glass of water before your meals.

This liquid contains malic acid which helps the body to break down and eliminate uric acid, whilst also improving digestion.

This is one of the best foods to help control your blood sugars and reduce the risk of developing kidney stones.

3. Lemon & Lime (Vitamin C).

Most people who have gout, or high uric acid levels, have urine that is a little too acidic.

In order to help your kidneys filter out uric acid, you can start to consume foods that alkalize the urine such as lemons and limes.

I recommend blending 1 whole organic, unwaxed lemon in water using the seeds, pith, fruit and peel entirely.

Drink this daily to improve your uric acid profile.

These fruits are very low in sugar but they contain citrates and alkaline minerals like potassium citrate which raises the Ph of the kidneys, and helps them to break down uric acid.

4. Garlic (Inulin).

New research shows that certain microbes in the Lactobacillus and Pseudomonas families help to break down and eliminate uric acid in the intestines.

These are friendly microbes that are an essential part of the microbiome.

People with high uric acid were shown to have significantly less of these microbes present in their digestive system.

Garlic is one of the best foods that you can eat to repair and restore your microbiome, as its rich in prebiotics that feed these friendly microbes.

It also contains allicin and other compounds that destroy harmful microbes in order to restore the balance in your gut, so that you may excrete more uric acid.

5. Cassia Cinnamon (Cinnamaldehyde).

Start consuming cinnamon powder in your stir fries, your drinks and your cooking to help lower inflammation in your joints, and also reduce uric acid.

Cinnamon is a spice that comes from the bark of Cinnamomum trees.

Studies show that it contains Cinnamaldehyde which help to naturally inhibit xanthine oxidase, the enzyme that produces uric acid in your body.

Cinnamon is also excellent for reducing high blood pressure and high blood sugars, as it helps to normalise the insulin hormone.

6. Virgin Cod Liver Oil (DHA & EPA) If you have gout or uric acid crystals in your joints, your doctor may recommend that you cut back on certain types of seafood that are high in purines, like sardines, shellfish and also organ meats.

However, virgin cod liver oil is one of the healthiest liquids to use if you have high

uric acid, as it helps to lower inflammation throughout the body and reduce gout flare ups and attacks.

The DHA and EPA (Omega 3-s) found in Virgin Cod Liver Oil, help to heal any damage in your gut or kidneys that could be contributing to high uric acid.

It's recommended to take 1 teaspoon of Icelandic, Virgin, Cod Liver oil on a daily basis to not only lower uric acid, but also reduce stiffness in your joints.

7. Tart Cherry Juice (Quercetin).

Most fruit juices are extremely high in fructose which is linked to higher uric acid levels.

For this reason, it's very important to stop drinking these juices as they are extremely unhealthy and do not contain the fiber needed to help buffer the sugars.

However tarte cherry juice is an exception, as it contains an extremely low amount of fructose but contains some powerful healing phytonutrients, such as chlorogenic acid, quercetin, and kaempferol.

All of these have been shown to help the body eliminate uric acid by inhibiting xanthine oxidase.

8. Mineral Water (with Electrolytes).

It's also very important to hydrate your body by drinking at least 2 litres of mineral water each day if you suffer with high uric acid, or gout.

Drinking at least this amount helps to flush the kidneys, in order to clear out the uric acid and other biproducts that are made by your metabolism.

However drinking too much water can deplete your mineral reserves.

It's recommended to add a scoop of high quality electrolyte powder to your water which contains alkaline minerals like potassium citrate, magnesium citrate and calcium lactate.

These minerals help to alkalize your urine in order to help the kidneys eliminate uric acid.

9.Sauerkraut (Probiotics).

People with high uric acid tend to have an altered microbiome, and usually have a higher risk of developing inflammatory bowel disease.

For this reason it's important to start loading up on probiotic and prebiotic rich foods to boost the friendly microbes that live in your gut.

Sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles and other fermented vegetables help to colonise your large intestine with friendly microbes.

These then produce short chain fatty acids which reduce inflammation, lower uric acid levels and help to prevent you from getting a painful, swollen, big toe (gout).

10. Black & Green Tea (Gallic Acid).

Both black and green tea come from the camellia sinesis plant, and both contain gallic acid which can help to reduce uric acid in the body.

However, it's important not to consume more than 2-3 cups of tea per day, as it does contain a high amount of caffeine which can deplete your B1 and affect your blood sugars.

I recommend keeping your tea and coffee to 1-2 cups in the morning.

You can also drink nettle tea, hibiscus, and lemon balm tea to help lower inflammation in your joints, balance your stress hormones and help to normalise your blood pressure.

Here's a quick summary of the foods and drinks that we have talked about today for lowering uric acid Celery, Including Stalks, Leaves and Seeds Apple Cider Vinegar In Water Whole Limes & Lemons Garlic Cassia Cinnamon Virgin Cod Liver Oil Tart Cherry Juice Mineral Water Sauerkraut & Fermented Veggies Black Tea, Green Tea, and Herbal Teas.

Lifestyle Tips To Reduce Uric Acid & Gout

Now that you've learned about what foods to eat, let's take a look at some other lifestyle changes you can make to get your uric acid and gout under control.

1. Reduce your intake of fructose, sugar and HFCS from fruit juices, table sauces (i.e ketchup), soda drinks, jams, syrups, sweets, beer, and junk foods.

Fructose and alcohol are the main triggers for extra uric acid production.

2. Hydrate your body by drinking at least 2 litres of mineral water per day, and adding a scoop of electrolyte powder which contains potassium citrate and magnesium citrate.

These help to alkalize your urine and kidneys, to break down and flush out uric acid.

3. Reduce your intake of fructose from sweet fruits (apples, oranges, grapes etc…) Replace these with fruits that contain less sugar like blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, passionfruit and lemons.

If you prefer you can simply avoid fruits and eat lots of raw vegetables to get your plant based nutrients.

4. If you are prone to gout attacks and uric acid crystals in the joints, keep some devils claw root extract in your home.

This is a potent anti-inflammatory herb that can be used to relieve symptoms of a gout attack, by helping to stop the immune reaction that takes place in your big toe or other joints.

5. Avoid high purine foods like shellfish, organ meats, game meats, seafood, asparagus, peas and spinach.

Replace your proteins with chicken, beef, pork or lamb (grass fed, organic of course).

6. Eat as many the foods listed in today's video on a regular basis to help your intestine and kidneys eliminate excess uric acid.

Some people are genetically predisposed to gout, so you will need to focus on keeping your uric acid down in the future long term.If you find this article useful please don't forget to share it out.Bye

10 Effective Home Remedies to Cure Toe Fungus

If you're tired of looking at your toenails and feeling like they've taken over your life, it's time to stop messing around.

Toenail fungus is a persistent and stubborn condition that will not go away easily.

And while antifungal ointments and oral medications are highly effective, they can have unpleasant side effects.

The good news is that there are many different types of home remedies for toenail fungus that work just as well.

So, if you're looking for some natural ways to eliminate the pain and embarrassment of

having your toes look like they belong on Frankenstein, give the following home remedies a try!

Number 1 - Apple Cider Vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar is a natural disinfectant that has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal properties.

It can be used to treat skin and nail infections.

Just mix 1-part vinegar with 2-parts warm water and soak your feet for 20 minutes daily.

Alternatively, you can use apple cider vinegar directly on the affected nails for about 15 minutes once or twice daily until the fungus clears up.

Number 2 - Oregano Oil.

Oregano oil is one of the most potent oils you can use to fight nail fungus.

Its active ingredients have been shown to be effective against a variety of fungi and bacteria.

When applied topically to your nails, oregano oil will kill the fungus responsible for causing nail rot and discoloration.

Mix 2-3 drops of oregano oil with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, apply it to the affected nails and leave it on for about 30 minutes, then wash it off with soap and water.

Repeat this twice daily until your nail is completely clear of fungus.

Number 3 - Coconut Oil.

Coconut oil is a great alternative to conventional antifungal treatments because it has potent antifungal properties.

In fact, it's been used for centuries to treat fungal infections.

Simply apply some coconut oil directly to the infected nails.

It will help slow down the growth of fungus, while adding extra moisture to the surrounding skin to keep it soft and healthy.

Number 4 - Hydrogen Peroxide.

Hydrogen peroxide is another great and inexpensive remedy to treat fungus.

You can soak your feet in a mixture of equal parts hydrogen peroxide and water for 10 to 20 minutes daily, or apply some directly to the infected toenails.

Just keep in mind that you shouldn't use hydrogen peroxide in concentrations more than 3 percent.

Number 5 - Black Tea.

Black tea is an astringent, so it will help dry out the fungus and reduce swelling.

The polyphenols in black tea are powerful antioxidants that fight fungus, while also

providing anti-inflammatory effects.

Simply brew some black tea, let it cool down, and soak your feet for 10 to 30 minutes.

Then rinse them off with water and pat dry with a clean towel.

You can do this daily for best results.

Number 6 - Tea Tree Oil.

Tea tree oil has been used for centuries to treat fungal infections, including toenail fungus.

Simply mix 2-3 drops of tea tree oil with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, apply it to the infected area, and rub it in until absorbed.

You should do this twice daily until the fungus clears up; which can take anywhere from 4 weeks to 3 months.

Number 7 - Olive Leaf Extract.

You can use olive leaf extract as a topical treatment for toenail fungus as its anti-fungal properties make it highly effective at fighting the infection.

To prepare this remedy, mix 1 teaspoon of olive leaf extract with 1 tablespoon of olive oil or coconut oil.

Apply this mixture up to 3 times daily on the effected nails until the fungus is gone.

Number 8 - Epsom Salt.

Epsom salt is a naturally occurring compound that can be used to treat toenail fungus.

It also helps to loosen and soften the skin of your feet, which makes it easier to trim your nails and prevent further infections.

To use Epsom salt as a foot soak, add 1 cup of Epsom salt to warm water and soak your feet for 30 minutes daily until symptoms improve.

You can even add a few drops of lavender oil to this foot soak to enhance its antifungal properties.

It will smell great too!

Number 9 - White Vinegar.

White vinegar is one of the cheapest, easiest, and most effective home remedies.

It's also acidic, which makes it a great weapon against fungus.

You can soak your nails in a mixture of 1-part white vinegar and 2-parts warm water, or you can use straight white vinegar by applying it directly to your nails for 15 minutes every couple of days until the infection is gone!

Number 10 - Garlic.

Garlic is a powerful antifungal that can be used to treat nail fungus.

The allicin present in garlic helps reduce inflammation, thereby alleviating pain and discomfort associated with the condition.

To treat your toenail fungus, mix 1 clove of crushed fresh garlic into four tablespoons of olive oil, and apply this mixture to your affected nails for no longer than 30 minutes daily for up to two months.

If you have a case of toenail fungus, know that you can free yourself from its grip with these effective home remedies.

Also, remember that fungus thrives in dark and moist environments and can spread through contact with infected shoes or towels.

So make sure to keep these items clean and dry, and don't share them with other people!

If you have diabetes or a compromised immune system; or if these natural treatments don't work for you or cause side effects, it's best to consult your physician for the appropriate course of action.

Stop Throwing Away Strawberry Tops -Here's How to Use Them!

Strawberries are one of the healthiest and  most delicious fruits around. But if you’re  throwing away the top leafy parts, you’re  missing ...
